A Florida-only parcel map, paid month to month, with no charge per lookup

Map Views covers Florida and nothing else: all 67 counties and their 11,090,226 parcels. There is one plan, $47 a month, renewed each month until you cancel in Account, after 7 free days that need no card. Nothing is sold by the lookup or the record; instead every member works under the same limits: at most 1,000 exported properties a day, with searches and reports rate-limited.

One state, the whole of it

A national product prices in every state you will never open. This one holds the 67 Florida county rolls and no county outside Florida, so the $47 pays for the state you work in. Every county opens the same report: owner and mailing address, sales, values, use, the layers around the lot, and a company owner's Sunbiz filing. Zoning is the one gap: 46 counties have it on the map, and the rest are on the county's or city's own zoning map.

What month to month means here, in the Terms' words

There is no yearly plan to sign and no second price: billing has a single monthly price. Our Terms of service, section 3, say:

  • The charge. "$47.00 USD a month, charged when the subscription starts and then on the same day every month until you cancel." Taxes are added where the law requires them.
  • The cancel. "Cancel any time, online, in Account." The account screen's Cancel subscription button opens the cancel step straight away.
  • After you cancel. "Cancelling after a charge stops every later charge, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for."
  • Refunds. "We do not refund part of a month, except where the law requires it."
  • Price changes. Notice comes at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.

Before any charge, the trial runs 7 days from the moment the account is made. No card is asked for at sign-up; the card is entered only when you press Subscribe, and subscribing during the trial keeps the days you have left.

How use is counted instead of charged

No search, report or export costs extra. To keep the service fast and to stop scraping, every member has the same limits, the ones the Terms name: exports are capped at 1,000 properties a day, and searches, reports and map requests are rate-limited. Days run on UTC, so a day resets at 7 pm Eastern in winter and 8 pm in summer. At a limit the call is refused with a message saying when it resets, and a refused call is not counted or billed. The account screen shows where you stand.

Exports: a few hundred a week fits easily

  1. A parcel counts once a day. The same parcel in a search export, a site's export and a printed list in one UTC day uses one of the 1,000.
  2. Every route shares the cap. A CSV, Excel or tab-delimited file of a search, of checked rows, of a site or of an owner's portfolio, a printed list, or the outlines as a shapefile, KML or GeoJSON.
  3. Too big is refused whole. An export larger than what is left today is not cut short and costs nothing; Export all offers the first 1,000 instead.
  4. The bar shows what is left. Results read "998 of 1,000 exports left today" after each export.

At 1,000 a day, a few hundred parcels a week never touches the cap. A daily feed of more than 1,000 does not fit, and no plan raises it.

What the month buys

Every part of the map, for every county: the parcel report with owner, sales, values and buildings; zoning and future land use; flood, surge, evacuation, wetlands, soils and sewer or septic; county aerials and base maps; the owner's full portfolio across counties; a company owner's officers and registered agent; notes, favorites, saved searches, sites and teams; comps and the sales report. There are no add-ons to buy.

Where it stops

  • Florida only. A parcel across the line in Georgia or Alabama is not on it.
  • One person per subscription. An account is for one person, and each member of a team keeps their own $47 plan.
  • No API. The data is read on the map and in exports, not pulled into another program.
  • No contact data. The plan is property records only; the post on one-property research says what we leave out.

The plan's terms are the ones in our Terms of service, last updated 31 October 2026; if this page and the Terms ever differ, the Terms govern. The parcel data is the counties' and agencies' public record, shown as published.
