Florida parcel maps compared: price, coverage and layers in October 2026

For one Florida property at a time, the free county appraiser sites have the record but one county each. Of the paid tools, MapWise and Map Views are built for Florida only, with the county's owner record and the state's layers on one map; PropStream, Regrid and LandGlide cover the whole country. Below, what each says on its own public pages, and what we measured on ours.

"Not stated" means the vendor's public pages do not say, either way: the tool may have it. "Varies": each of the 67 county sites is different.

Which one fits

  • One parcel, now and then: the county property appraiser's site, FEMA's Flood Map Service Center and Sunbiz, all free.
  • Land or houses across the whole country: a national tool. Regrid and LandGlide cost the least; PropStream adds lead lists and marketing at a higher price.
  • Florida only, one property at a time, with its layers and its LLC: MapWise or Map Views. MapWise lists more historical aerial layers. Map Views costs $47 a month, shows a company owner's Sunbiz officers and registered agent beside the parcel, and the people behind a company that manages it.

What we measured on ours

On 31 October 2026, Map Views held 11,090,226 parcels in all 67 counties, FEMA flood zones in all 67, a future land use for 10,776,730 parcels, zoning in 46 counties, and 1,263,797 parcels whose owner is matched to a Sunbiz filing. Where we show no zoning, the county's or city's own zoning map has it.
